Following the successful delivery of Phase 1, Knowles is pleased to announce its continued appointment as Principal Contractor for Phase 2, which will see the completion of an exceptional project within the prestigious Highgate Conservation Area, designed by Marek Wojciechowski Architects.

Knowles is currently delivering Phase 1 works, which involves the careful demolition of the existing property to create space for a new build and the addition of a newly formed basement area. Phase 2 will feature bespoke finishes that harmonise Highgate’s rich architectural heritage with the demands of modern living, including a swimming pool and a contemporary garden pavilion.

Once complete, this remarkable home will extend to 9,380 sq ft and will include a 3,100 sq ft subterranean basement level.
