Our Structures Division is well established and has unrivalled experience in both complex basement construction and superstructure work.

Knowles Structures division works in close collaboration with both our London and Country divisions, as the work often runs concurrently for maximum output and results to ensure projects are built on solid foundations.

Our in-house Structures division offering gives Knowles the ability to deliver both basement and superstructure works concurrently, whilst many contractors would subcontract this specialist element of work, Knowles’ unique offering and division allows us to be dynamic, reactive and competitive in this space. It is a key component that enables Knowles to offer and successfully deliver full construction projects. The Knowles Structures team hold an unrivalled amount of experience in both complex basement construction and superstructure work, which is delivered concurrently without the need to subcontract, a benefit widely recognised within the industry.

Our experience and expertise makes early project involvement with Knowles Structures hugely advantageous, as we can apply our skills and knowledge to pre-construction works including PCSA, CTMP and buildability advice. Where appropriate, also regularly advise on any value engineering opportunities, whether in structural engineering approach or programme reconfiguration.
