Knowles are excited to announce that we have recently been appointed as Principal Contractor on a new super prime residence on the prestigious Wentworth Estate in Surrey.

Knowles’ latest project, of which will be carried out by our Country division will commences this month with Phase 1 works including all structural works including piling and 8,400 sq/ft basement excavation, MEP and AV fit-out and façade works including windows and wetcast imitation stone. Once complete the project will total 16,600 sq/ft.

The Knowles Structures division are undertaking the 8,400 sq/ft basement excavation and delivering the RC structure and frame.
