Knowles Structures, a division of the Knowles Group is looking for a Senior QS to join our Structures team, they would play a pivotal role in growing the division and work across both London and Country schemes. This role would suit a Senior QS experienced with complex structural works, groundworks etc. or an ambitious QS looking to step up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commercial management of all schemes under their control.
• Proactive monitoring/management of integrated in-house delivery model, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure contractual and commercial risks and opportunities are identified and managed.
• Procurement of subcontract packages where applicable
• Work closely with the operations team (PM & SM) to ensure contract is administered correctly and all responsibilities are met.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• JCT / D&B Contract experience
• Basement, Temporary works, Steel Frame, RC Frame, Cut & Carve
• Degree Qualified
• Professional accreditation is advantageous
• Sub-contracting experience is advantageous
