Knowles is seeking a Property Manager / Aftercare Supervisor to join our Aftercare Division, covering all Knowles projects across London.
The role is a mobile position, controlled by our HQ based in Marylebone, London.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance management within the high-end residential market.
  • Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively supervise and coordinate trade personnel and external contractors.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, always ensuring a professional and polished demeanour.
  • Technical expertise in maintenance-related work, including knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC,BMS, AV etc.) and property maintenance standards.
  • Clean UK Drivers Licence

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations at high-end properties, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate internal trades and external contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance requirements and develop preventative maintenance plans.
  • Manage client communications, providing updates on works and addressing queries or concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and contractor reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all maintenance activities.
  • Manage reactive out of hours enquiries and co-ordinate the resolution of emergency call outs where necessary

This role requires a polished, dedicated professional who thrives in a client-centric environment and understands the nuances of maintaining luxury properties.
