We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in high-end construction, ideally having led and delivered projects valued at £20M+. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships with high-net-worth individuals who have exceptional standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead construction projects in the super-prime sector, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and construction programmes using Asta Powerproject, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Manage various types of contracts, including traditional, CDP, and design & build, while collaborating with architects, surveyors, and client representatives.
• Work in a team-focused environment where supporting colleagues is essential for success.
