Knowles Appointed at Grade II Listed Residence on Warwick Avenue
Knowles is pleased to announce the commencement of our latest project on Warwick Avenue.
Works on the prestigious Grade II Listed property will be completed by the Knowles London team completing the structural works started by a previous contractor. Knowles’ scope of works includes the full 1st and 2nd fix mechanical and electrical works, the complete internal fit-out and decorations, as well as the restoration of the listed stone staircase. Further works involve the swimming pool and hammam installation, along with associated external works including the refurbishment of the outhouse.
Work is due to be completed in Late May 2025.

Sitting within the Maida Vale Conservation area, the property is located on the main canal route between Warwick Avenue and Blomfield Road and sits as one of the very few semi-detached, end of terrace houses on the prestigious road.
