Knowles is delighted to announce our appointment as Principal Contractor for a prestigious new project in the heart of St John’s Wood. Situated on Cavendish Avenue, one of the finest residential streets in the capital, this Grade II listed family home is just a stone’s throw from Lord’s Cricket Ground and offers unrivalled access to Primrose Hill, Regent’s Park, Marylebone High Street, and Hampstead Heath.
This stunning stucco-fronted period residence will undergo an extensive transformation, enhancing its historic fabric while sensitively integrating modern luxury. The Knowles Structures Team will be expertly delivering the demolition, basement formation, structural alterations, and drainage works, ensuring the home is restored and expanded to the highest standards.
Currently spanning 5,500 sq/ft, the property will be significantly enhanced to 8,500 sq/ft, with a newly formed 2,500 sq/ft basement level providing additional living and entertainment space. With Phase 1 set for completion early next year, this project represents an exciting opportunity to breathe new life into a heritage home while preserving its architectural integrity.
Knowles is proud to be leading this ambitious development, and we look forward to sharing updates as the project progresses.
