Knowles is excited to announce that we have recently been appointed to continue our role as Principal Contractor at our project on the prestigious Wentworth Estate in Surrey.

The super-prime residence is being delivered by the Knowles Country Division, having commenced works at the end of 2023. With our continued appointment now covering Phase 2 works, the scope includes the detailed and high-specification fit-out throughout the property, delivering all details from carpentry, flooring, and joinery, to decorative elements and specialist installations.

Key features of the project include timber flooring, custom wall mouldings and bespoke joinery. Feature glass partitions will be used in the gym, pool, and wine room, while architectural metalwork features with both the external and internal balustrades, and marble fireplace surrounds are to be installed in key areas.

Additional works include soft and hard landscaping, a sauna and steam room, and a wine room with specialist ventilation.
Once complete, this magnificent project will total 16,600 sq/ft.
