We are excited to announce that Trevor Neves has joined Knowles as our Special Projects Operations Manager.
With an extensive background in the world of special projects and aftercare, Trevor brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at OWN London and LDB. Based from our Central London HQ, he will lead and continue the growth and expansion of Knowles’ Special Projects and Aftercare Division, ensuring an exceptional, tailored service for clients across both our London and Country schemes.
Knowles’ Special Projects division was established to offer our clients an efficient, bespoke service for projects which are smaller in scale but intricate in their complexity and detail; from bespoke refurbishments and specialist installations to minor structural alterations and comprehensive property aftercare. The Special Projects division offers a streamlined service designed to accommodate a variety of tailored property needs. This specialised division allows for an agile approach and commitment to fast-track project completion, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Under Trevor’s leadership, Knowles will continue to provide not only bespoke project solutions but also a robust aftercare service to ensure ongoing support and preventative maintenance for Clients. His expertise will be instrumental in delivering unparalleled service across a range of residential and luxury commercial fit-out projects.
Knowles is a well-established company with an array of exciting projects and super prime residential properties in their portfolio. I am excited to contribute to the growth of the organisation and deliver bespoke projects which will differentiate Knowles from others in the market.
Special Projects require a different approach to traditional new build and refurbishment projects. I plan to implement lean principles and agile methodology into the division which allow for fast-tracked delivery of our special projects to suit our varying clients’ requirements. Aftercare is a critical element of the project lifecycle, and I plan to streamline our current offering through a holistic, flexible and systemised approach to meet our client’s property needs.
I have spent a significant amount of time in prime residential properties, mostly in the plant rooms, however I remain in awe of the elegance and quality of these homes. There is a fine balance which exists between the intricate systems within high-end properties and a proactive, consistent approach to preventing significant issues is the most cost-effective and least disruptive for the occupants.
We use a first principles approach to diagnose maintenance issues and rely on our experienced team to plan remedial actions to target the underlying cause which reduces recurring visits and disruption to our clients. We understand that these properties are ultimately an individual’s home which we fully protect and treat as we would our own. Prioritising communication, privacy and flexibility to our clients’ individual needs ensures that discretion is always maintained.
The special projects division at Knowles will both assist and leverage off other divisions within the company. Knowles as an organisation has a common purpose and we will collaborate closely with all divisions to find efficiencies and use our global experience to provide better outcomes for our clients.
Clients who engage with our special projects division will benefit from an efficient, streamlined and personable service which is abundantly capable to deliver on bespoke project and property needs. Knowles has built a network of strong relationships and construction expertise which our clients will be able to tap into in a friendly, professional and efficient way leading to positive outcomes for all.
