Situated on an iconic road in North London, Avenue Road comprises elegant detached residential properties and is home to some of the most exclusive address’ in London. Over the years, Knowles have delivered multiple schemes on Avenue Road, and at this particular property the works was an opportunity to showcase Knowles’ full construction services.
The scope included the demolition of the existing house, basement excavation to 12m to deliver a 570 sq/m super-basement and superstructure works. A benefit of choosing to incorporate a basement into a projects, provides more space, and at this address, the basement is being utilised for leisure facilities including a pool and spa complex, a luxury car lift system as well as commercial kitchen spaces.
It is easy to recommend Knowles for any building project.
