Prestige, north of Regents Park

Situated on an iconic road in North London, Avenue Road comprises of elegant detached residential properties and some of the most exclusive address’ in London. Our project consisted of the existing house demolition and retention of the existing façade. The entire footprint was enclosed by contiguous piles with concrete lining walls.

Temporary works

Internal bearing piles were used in a temporary condition to support the garden slab. 
This method provided important advantages in that the new house structure could be built as basement formation continued and the slab could be used for material storage and welfare.
