As Principal Contractor, Knowles delivered the luxurious and modern remodel of a classic, post-war infill townhouse on an iconic Notting Hill street.
The scope of works at Chepstow Place included the excavation of a 250 sq/m basement at a depth of 4 meters which ran the full property footprint. Substantial internal demolition and a full reconfiguration of the internal superstructure, a total size of 1000 sq/m, including the installation of a new roof. Knowles continued the project to the fit-out stage and delivered high-specification finishes which included focal design details included wall paneling, full spiral staircase, bespoke joinery and a modern kitchen installation.
