London's Most Desirable Address
Noted as one of London’s most desirable addresses, Eaton Square features Grade II listed properties with white stucco facades. The elegant buildings are terraced in a classical style with elegant mews and communal gardens. A series of blue plaques can be found in the area, commemorating noteworthy residence from Vivian Leigh to Neville Chamberlain.
A Prestigious Project
Knowles will be returning the townhouse to its former configuration, delivering major structural alterations, changing the modern lateral apartments back to two separate, multi-storey houses, totaling 10,000 sq/ft.
Knowles’ scope of works, under a design and build contract, also includes the demolition of the two rear mews properties and formation of a basement under the footprint of the property, standing at a size of 1000 sq/ft. The mews properties will then be rebuilt to create two separate dwellings.
Phase 1 works are due for completion in July.
