Knowles are proud to be acting as Principal Contractor on phase 1 works at a prestigious project on Hamilton Terrace, St Johns Wood. The project involves the complete remodel and extension of the existing the residence which includes the formation of a new 2500 sq/ft basement.
With phase 1 due to complete in Q4 2023, Knowles’ scope of works will include façade retention, excavation of the new basement level and formation of the new internal superstructure.
