The Transformation of a Neo-classical London Residence
Knowles are delivering the transformation of the neo-classical detached property, with works recently commenced. Phase 1 works on the project include demolition works, full strip out, structural alterations, excavation and formation of new 2,000 sq/ft basement which sits under the existing property, as well as the creation of new two-story side extension. Due for completion in Autumn 2023, once completed the property will total 11,000 sq/ft.
Works at Randolph Road epitomise Knowles’ in-house skill set of delivering projects as Principal Contractor, from concept to completion, particularly on projects where a complex structural scope of works is required, before moving into later phases of design. Knowles’ structures team will be delivering phase 1 in its entirety, a retained in-house skill set we are proud to retain.
