A super-prime family home

Knowles acted as Principal Contractor to deliver the completion of a new super-prime residence in the heart of North London.

Our scope of works included the initial demolition of the existing property, followed by the excavation of a 8,000 sq ft double-depth basement and the rebuild of a 7,000 sq ft aesthetically sensitive and original style superstructure.

Included in Knowles’ package of works was the complete internal fit-out in collaboration with SHH including high-specification and luxury finishes throughout.
