Robin is largely regarded as a pioneer in Basement construction having spearheaded the residential growth of subterranean development in London over 25 years ago.

In 1995, Robin founded the largest basement construction company of its time, and it was here where Robin started constructing basements in Barnes, before increasing to large-scale works in Belgravia, Mayfair and Notting Hill.

With an understanding that a unique, personal approach is always preferred, Robin started Knowles in 2010, and has now, proudly completed over 700 basement and shell and core projects in London and the Home Counties. Robin’s passion for considerate construction and value engineering alongside his unrivalled specialist knowledge has contributed towards Knowles’ unwavering reputation within the industry as well as amongst peers and clients.
