Knowles is delighted to announce our appointment as Principal Contractor for the transformation of a luxury private residence in Primrose Hill.

Nestled on a prestigious, tree-lined private street between Primrose Hill and St John’s Wood, this detached Arts & Crafts-style mansion is located within a conservation area.

The 8,500-square-foot home will undergo extensive works to breathe new life into the property. Knowles’ scope includes internal structural alterations, the addition of a new conservatory, and the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems. Knowles will also deliver the complete fit-out of bespoke, luxury finishes.
Knowles’ role encompasses a comprehensive package of works, including soft strip, partial demolition, external redecoration of all windows and doors and the creation of new roof terraces.
